Description: Each week students were provided with three tutorial questions of varying degrees of difficulty. These tutorial questions are available in the Tutorial Folder for each week on Blackboard. The Interactive Tutorials are designed to assist students with the process, skills, and knowledge to answer the provided tutorial questions. Your task is to answer a selection of tutorial questions covered over Week 2 to Week 11 inclusive.

A university is setting up new courses and hoping to attract international students. What issues need to be considered in developing a suitable international services distribution system?

Question 5 Week 8 Tutorial Question – Lecture 7 (11 marks)
The development of a services marketing campaign needs a totally different approach to that of a physical goods-based campaign. Discuss this concept and justify your answer in 500 words with 2 references supported
Question 6 Week 11 Tutorial Questions – Lecture 10 (7 marks)
You are responsible for training a group of people who will be multi-tasking in a service organization. They will be required to act as both frontline employees and as telephone support staff. What standards would you put in place to ensure the staff could provide effective customer service?
Submission Directions:
an assignment has to be submitted via Blackboard. Each student will be permitted one submission to Blackboard only. Each student needs to ensure that the document submitted is the correct one.
